Mr. Hu Jia Da, Founder, Chairman and CEO of China Ritar Power, is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and policy development. Mr. Hu has over fifteen years of management experience in the battery industry. Prior to that, he was the VP of sales at Shenzhen SenryPower Co., Ltd from Dec 1998 to June, 2002. Mr. Hu joined HuanYu Group as the vice president and led the company to become the leading manufacturer in the battery industry within one year. Before that, Mr. Hu was the Director of HK TTI, a world-class supplier of superior home improvement and construction tool. Mr. Hu holds a B.S. degree from Ji Lin University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tsing Hua University.
Mr. Zeng Jian Jun, Chief Operating Officer, has more than 15 years’ of operation and management experience as an executive. Prior to joining China Ritar Power, Mr. Zeng was the Vice President of Zhong Shan Enduring Battery Co., Ltd between 2000 and 2002. From 1999 to 2000, he was the VP of Sales of Shenzhen Jinxing Guang Power Co., Ltd. and prior to that, Mr. Zeng was the Chief of Production of Heng Yang City Tian Yuan Inc., a metallurgy company. Mr. Zeng holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hunan University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Zhong Shan University.
Mr. He De Gang, Chief Technology Officer of China Ritar, is responsible for the technological innovation and development of new products. He joined China Ritar Power in 2003. Mr. He has over 40 years of R&D experience in the lead acid battery industry. Prior to joining Ritar, Mr. He was the CTO of Guangdong Panyu Storage Battery Co., Ltd. and a large SOE lead acid manufacturer in Hunan. Mr. He twice received a governmental reward for being an outstanding scientist. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Guangxi University in 1963. Mr. He now is the guest professor of Chinese Science Academy.
Mr. Aijun Liu, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Liu was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January, 2010. Previously to becoming the China Ritar’s CFO, he was the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company's subsidiary, Shenzhen Ritar Power Co., Ltd., in charge of accounting and finance from April 2007 to December 2009. Prior to joining China Ritar, Mr. Liu served as a Director of Investment Bank Department with China US Venture Capital Group Limited and provided investment banking service to Chinese enterprises for listing on American exchanges from September 2005 to March 2007. From August 2002 to August 2005, Mr. Liu served as an Audit Manager with the Shenzhen Zhongheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. From June 1997 to July 2002, Mr. Liu was the Financial Manager of Shenzhen Wanji Pharmacy Co., Ltd., a company engaged in the business of research, manufacturing and selling medicines. Mr. Liu is a CPA and holds a lawyer's certificate of qualification in China. Mr. Liu received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Jinan University and obtained a Master's degree in Law from Wuhan University. |
